Steve's Background

Steve Thomas is a full-time professional magician and actor. He has entertained audiences with magic for over 25 years in theaters, cruise ships and on television, from Bermuda to Alaska as well as his New England areas of New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, & Vermont.

Steve became interested in magic when he was eight years old. At the age of 16, he appeared on the "Bozo The Clown" TV show on Channel 5 in Boston.

He then became a regular cast member on the "Ring-A-Ding the Clown" show on WMUR-TV in Manchester, New Hampshire, playing the part of "Sam the Tramp".

He continued his role at WMUR Channel 9 as co-host & resident magician on the popular, long running , "Uncle Gus" TV show. Today, people still stop Steve at his shows or in public to say, "I remember you on The Uncle Gus Show!"

Later Steve was chosen for the role of Ronald McDonald the goodwill ambassador for McDonald's restaurants. As Ronald, he appeared throughout the  area at fairs, festivals, parades, grand openings, and on television for over 20 year. He made special appearances in Alaska, The SuperDome in New Orleans, Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, on television as part of the Billy Graham Christmas Special and on ABC TV's Good Morning America.

Spanning 13 years Steve was the TV host for the Tri- state Megabucks Lottery Game for Maine, New Hampshire & Vermont. He appeared twice a week on TV, announcing the lucky wining numbers. Steve also represented the lottery by making guest appearances across the tri-state area.

"Kidbits", seen daily at 4:30 pm. "Up in the Attic" every Saturday morning.

The long running, award winning "A Visit With Santa" series, shown on Friday nights at 7 pm during the month of December.

Today, Steve Thomas continues his role as magician, actor and entertainer as he travels throughout New England amazing audiences with a dazzling array of magic, comedy, family fun and world class illusions, guaranteed to mystify both young & old.
